As we move further into the summer, we want to sincerely thank you for your continued confidence in Riverbend Resort. Every month brings us closer to transforming the vision of Riverbend into reality.

Although much of our progress continues behind the scenes, our engineers, contractors, utility partners, and development team are actively coordinating the next phases of construction. These preparations ensure that when work begins on-site, it proceeds

efficiently and with the quality our owners expect. We know everyone is eager to see visible construction, and we are equally excited. We appreciate your patience and look forward to sharing construction photos as major work begins.

One of Riverbend's defining features will be its connection to the water. 

Throughout the resort, gathering spaces have been intentionally positioned to maximize water views while creating places where visitors create lifelong memories. Fire pits, Adirondack seating, walking paths, and sunset viewing areas are all designed to encourage owners to slow down and enjoy the Riverbend lifestyle. We are even appealing to adventurous water enthusiasts with our upcoming water park, offering fun for all ages!

When will construction become visible? 

Projects of this scale require engineering, utility coordination, permitting, and contractor scheduling before heavy equipment arrives. These milestones ensure efficient construction and long-term quality. We will continue providing photo updates as visible work begins. 

Riverbend Resort is being thoughtfully designed to create an environment where owners can enjoy both personal vacations and income-producing opportunities.

We are excited to share an important milestone in the continued development of Riverbend Resort. 

Over the past several months, our team has been working closely with local agencies, engineers, contractors, and utility providers to advance the project through the required approval process. We are pleased to report that just in the last week we have now received approval from the Clay County Utility Authority, allowing us to move into the next phase of development. 

While progress behind the scenes may not always be visible, significant work has been taking place to prepare the project for construction and future owner occupancy. We appreciate the patience and support each of you has shown throughout this process.
